- Alumni Services: provides news updates and services to YU alumni, including various benefits and services available to graduates
- Athletics: provides varsity sports for students, student-led club teams, intramural activities, a physical ed curriculum and an extensive recreation program
- Business Affairs: responsible for, among others, the University's budgeting, procurement, accounts payable, and human resources and payroll operations
- Canadian Friends of Yeshiva University: supports Yeshiva University’s Canadian students and alumni and raises the University’s profile in Canada
- Community Relations: builds and strengthens the University's connection with its surrounding communities
- Compliance Office: helps the University operate in full compliance with regulations, legislation and YU's own operating policies and procedure
- Counseling Center: offers a range of services to YU students, including counseling and support, medication management and referrals
- Dining Services: responsibilities include offering daily meals at YU's campuses; conducts a kosher operation under strict rabbinical supervision
- Disability Services: collaborates with students, faculty and staff to provide services to students with disabilities
- Energy & Sustainability: coordinates the University's efforts to cut its carbon emissions and integrate sustainability practices in all areas
- Facilities Services: oversees campus utilities, maintenance, custodial services and groundskeeping
- Faculty Resources: Faculty links to forms, faculty profiles, faculty news, and Instructional Technology
- General Counsel's Office: provides legal services to YU and its affiliates
- Health & Wellness: offers quality health care to students for minor illnesses, including a provider network comprising a medical staff
- Human Resources: assists the University in creating a positive and supportive work environment through hiring and employee talent development, among others
- Information Technology Services: provides technology solutions to YU faculty, staff and students in support of teaching, research, and administration
- InsideTrack : a web portal that includes Self Service for Students, allowing them to see admissions, schedule and registration information, as well as view and pay bills.

- Institutional Research: supplies data to guide the University in making decisions about its policies and goals
- International Students: provides immigration, acculturation and cultural counseling to YU's diverse community of international students and scholars
