Individuals holding a relevant Master’s degree may earn the training hours needed for CASAC eligibility in New York with as few as 130 hours; 85 for Knowledge and 45 for Ethics. The NY State credentialing board will inform you of other specific hours you may need.
For students not yet holding a master’s degree, we offer an MSW program with a designated track to graduate you educationally qualified for both the LCSW and CASAC in New York State.
