Dr. Robert J. Greenberg received a B.A. in political science from Yeshiva College in 1981, a J.D. from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1984, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Cardozo in 2000. A member of the Bar in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia, he is also admitted to practice law before numerous federal courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. He received semicha (rabbinic ordination) from HaRav Reuven Feinstein in 1991.

Dr. Robert J. Greenberg teaches Business Law I, Business Law II, The Ethical & Legal Environment of Business, and Entrepreneurial Law & Intellectual Property. His research interests include constitutional law, intellectual property law (trademarks and copyrights), corporate and political governance, and similarities and differences between American law and Jewish law.
