Dr. Shu Han is an associate professor of information systems at the Syms Schoolof Business, Yeshiva University. She earned her PhD in management information systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Her current research interests include the influence of service expansion on competition in the IT industry, and the role of IT in firm innovation and knowledge search.
She received the Best Paper Award at the 43rd Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences, for the co-authored paper “Competing Through Services: Service Migration of Information Technology Vendors.
Her works have appeared in Information Systems Research, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Journal of Service Research, the Journal of Management Information System, and Small Business Economics.
