Hi, my name is Avraham Benchimol and I’m in my last semester of Katz in the AS in Management. I’m looking to major in business at Sy Syms and go into the real estate field. I’m almost done with my real estate course and can’t wait to formally start working in that field. In my free time I like to bike around New York and play video games.
Enya Smilovic
My name is Enya Smilovic and I am in my junior year at Stern College. After getting my AS in Business Management at Katz, I decided to major in English with a focus on creative writing. I have always had a passion for writing and reading. When I am not piled down in literature, I also enjoy doing yoga and playing sports.

Hi! My name is Jacob Finkelstein and I'm the Lead Peer Mentor for Katz! I graduated from Katz in 2019 in its inaugural class, and then graduated from Sy Syms in May 2021. I double majored in Marketing and Management. I have been working as a Peer Mentor for few years now and it is really rewarding to hear the success stories of our students. Helping them overcome their struggles and seeing them accomplish gives me great pride and joy. In my spare time, I am a manager for the YU Men's Basketball team, and I play recreational softball all around New York City.
