Safety

The safety of our students is one of our top priorities. The Department of Safety and Security provides for the protection of the students, faculty, staff and visitors at the University's three Manhattan campuses, as well as the Samuel H. Wang Yeshiva University High School for Girls in Queens.

Our Wilf Campus in Washington Heights, Beren Campus in midtown Manhattan and Brookdale Center in Greenwich Village are staffed by security guards. Guards are posted in all YU buildings as well as in security booths around the campuses. In addition, security officer coverage is provided for all the residence halls on the three campuses 24 hours a day when school is in session. No one without a valid Yeshiva University ID or guest pass is allowed into school buildings or residence halls.
