Dear Students,

Welcome and warmest greetings!

The Pre-Health Advisement Center, is available to guide students interested in the various healthcare professions: medicine, dentistry, optometry, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, physician assistant, pharmacy and genetic counseling.

All pre-med and pre-dent students are required to sign up for the pre-health listserv (email your address to Rachel at rrosenb3@yu.edu). This will allow you to receive updated information on the requirements of a successful candidate, summer clinical and research opportunities, the application process and various pre-health events.

Each year we organize a series of wide-ranging seminars in which guest speakers provide valuable insight into the various professions, as well as guidelines on admissions to their graduate programs.

You are embarking upon very exciting college years that will allow you to broaden your horizons and pursue your dreams. For those of you uncertain about your career path, we will help you explore and for those that have discovered their passion we are eager to assist you achieve your aspirations.
