YU Launches 36 Hours of Giving, Inviting Supporters to Have Great Impact and Benefit Students

On April 5-6, Yeshiva University will continue its tradition of philanthropy with a 36 Hours of Giving campaign. During this initiative, which starts on April 5 at noon ET, alumni, parents and friends around the world who believe in YU’s mission will have the opportunity to have a direct impact and benefit students in many ways: elevating their campus experience, expanding opportunities and programming, investing in talented faculty and facilitating students’ dedication to the greater good as well as their world-renowned entrepreneurial spirit. This unprecedented effort is part of YU’s recently launched Rise Up: The Campaign for 613, where the University has seen firsthand the generosity of its community to invest in student scholarships, talented faculty and cutting-edge facilities. The Rise Up initiative aims to raise $613 million over the next five years to ensure student success in an ever-changing world. Funds raised will go toward investments in YU’s four areas of strategic focus: values and leadership, science and tech, entrepreneurship and innovation, and great jobs and impactful careers. And thanks to generous donors, the impact of all gifts will be doubled and matched 1:1 during the 36 Hours of Giving campaign. YU, the flagship Jewish university, welcomes its supporters to join in its mission to provide a premier, values-driven education that’s future focused and prepares students for meaningful careers and lives of purpose. During these exciting 36 hours, please join friends of YU and come together to help bring the University into its next great era. To make a gift, visit giving.yu.edu
