Dr. Mary Beth Morrissey represented the International Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuse at the 57th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, commenting on the Legal Capacity and Informed Consent Report of the Independent Expert on the enjoyment of all human rights by older persons, and calling for urgent action by the Human Rights Council on a Convention on the Rights of Older Persons.
