Justyna Rzewinski, Ph.D. Candidate at Wurzweiler, Wins Prestigious Award

Justyna Rzewinski, LCSW, a Ph.D. candidate at Wurzweiler School of Social Work, received a student award at the 50th Annual Conference of the State Society on Aging of New York, held in Saratoga Springs, New York.

She is a clinical director of a large outpatient mental health program, RevCore Recovery Center in New York City that provides treatment to individuals diagnosed with a mental illness as well as justice involved individuals. She also specializes in sex offender treatment and lectures students on forensic social work and psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Wurzweiler. Justyna’s research interests are on policies that impact justice involved individuals such as sex offender laws and the right to vote for justice involved individuals.
