On this page, invited delegations will be able to print off the forms needed for participation.
YUNMUN Registration Packet
Each school's YUNMUN Advisor is required to submit both the school and student forms at one time. Originals, with signature only, must be submitted (copies will not be accepted) by November 16, 2009.
Please be advised that students may not submit forms individually.
School Forms consist of:
1) Payment Form
2) Room Request Form
3) Delegate Registration Form
4) Travel Itinerary Form
Student forms consist of:
1) Medical Release Form
2) Student Participation Form
