The goal of the Yeshiva University Department of Safety and Security is to maintain an atmosphere where students, faculty, staff and visitors can function free from the worry of crime.
The annual security report is released by October 1 of each year. This report has been prepared in compliance with the provisions of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (20 U.S.C. 1092 (f) and Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act (Section 1601 of Public Law 106-386).
The Clery Act requires that the University publish statistics for certain crimes that have taken place as a matter of information and record. The following statistics reflect those crimes that were reported to the Security Department during the indicated period.
