As the Registered Dietician on staff, I am available to help our students with their dietary needs.
If you have any special requests due to food allergies, medical requirements, or special diets (e.g. lactose intolerance, diabetes, allergies, vegetarian, etc.) please feel free to contact me.
The Department of Dining Services is here to serve you. If necessary, we will prepare a different dish, other than the meal served that day, in order to accommodate every student with their daily nutritional requirements.
