Summer Housing is available to all Yeshiva University Undergraduate students.  University Housing for the 2014-2015 academic year closes on Friday, May 22nd, which is when Summer Housing begins.  Therefore, students already on campus will be able to move directly from their current rooms to their apartment for Summer Housing.

There will be two sessions offered.

Housing Session 1: Friday, May 22nd – Wednesday July 1st

Housing Session 2: Sunday, July 5th – Friday, August 7th

All students will be residing in 35th Street Residence Hall, 150 East 35th Street.
This is a fully air-conditioned dormitory consisting of 4 and 6 person apartments with full kitchens and a state-of-the-art fitness center.  Students can request to be placed together in the same apartment.

Summer Housing Fee: The fee for each summer session is $1,100 for YU Students. If you sign up for both sessions together when applying, you will receive a discounted fee of $2,100. This discounted fee only applies if you sign up for both sessions when you initially apply for Summer Housing. There is no financial aid for summer housing. Payment is due before you submit your Summer Housing application, regardless of how many summer sessions you are applying for. If, while in Summer Session I, you decide to remain in housing for Summer Session II, you will be billed $1,100 for the second session.

The fee for each summer session is $1,250 for non matriculated YU students.

Summer Housing Application:  The application is currently available below and is due by Monday, May 4th at 5pm.  It should be returned to the Brookdale RA office.  If you are currently not on campus, the completed application can be emailed to berenhousing@yu.edu.

Applications will be processed on a first come first served basis.
