Stern College students who are interested in physics have an opportunity to actively participate in faculty research. They can choose from the variety of projects and work under the guidance of physics department faculty. Department members conduct research in experimental and theoretical condensed matter physics, chemical physics, materials science, environmental science, nanoscience and catalysis.
