TORAH SCHOLARS AND SCHOLARSHIP

If you have a shayla that you want addressed by a RIETS Rosh Yeshiva, simply contact us at rabbinicconsult@yu.edu. Your query will be delivered to a Rosh Yeshiva, and you will receive an answer by e-mail.

As a RIETS alumnus, you have free access to some of the reference materials at the YU libraries, which includes the Bar Ilan Responsa Project. Alumni also can access the Resource and Research Center, which provides individual assistance in researching issues of Jewish law and thought.

Rabbi Daniel Z. Feldman, director of Rabbinic Research, will respond to inquiries concerning any of these resources to assist you in preparing shiurim or researching halachic issues of interest and importance to you. Please write to him at rabbinicresource@yu.edu.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

HELPING CHAVEIRIM IN NEED

RIETS Alumni maintain a separate account to offer interest-free loans to chaveirim in need of financial assistance. Whether need arises because of an unexpected expense, a costly simchah, or unemployment, alumni can sign up for a confidential loan through our office.
