LIVING IN NEW YORK CITY

Living and studying in the cultural capital of the world is an invaluable enhancement to any education. New York and its five boroughs offer experiences unlike no other city in the world: from Carnegie Hall to Yankee Stadium; from the Metropolitan Museum of Art to the Empire State Building; from Shakespeare in the Park to the Bronx Zoo; from Harlem to Wall Street. New York has been called a laboratory of humanity. YU’s four primary campuses, three in Manhattan and one in the Bronx, are conveniently situated for thorough exploration of New York City and its environs, which include the Catskill Mountains, the New Jersey Palisades, and the Long Island Sound.
