    Checks are to be made payable to Yeshiva University in the amount of $525 per table – no personal checks please!

    Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please indicate number of tables desired.

    You must set up your table the night before-any table not set up runs the risk of being removed from the show.

    On Tuesday May 21, 2013, Procurement Services hosted its annual Ernst Jaffé Science and Service Expo at Einstein’s Jack and Pearl Resnick Campus. This year marked the 25th anniversary of the show, which was the most successful to date, with approximately 100 vendors/exhibitors and more than 1,000 attendees. In addition, YU President Richard M. Joel offered closing remarks at the show, discussing the financial state of the University, the relationships the institution shares with its vendors, and how it all relates to the overall mission of the University.

    For the first time, and in honor of the silver anniversary of the show, Procurement Services recognized three vendors as follows:

    • The Innovators Award was presented to Tech Air for their continued partnership with the University and their creation of a dynamic solution to simplify and computerize the ordering of cylinder gases that are vital to research.

    • The Vendor of Excellence Award was given to Bio Rad for the significant improvements they made to their e-invoicing capabilities, the maintenance of their hosted catalog and the superior customer service they consistently provide to the University community.

    • The Ernst Jaffé Award was presented to Strauss Paper Co., in recognition of their continued partnership with the University concerning many significant procurement initiatives, including being the Beta site for making electronic fund transfers and payments. The success of these particular functions are integral to the implementation of the University’s new Banner system and making sure payments are processed properly.

    Those who attended the event received a number of fun giveaway items from vendors, in addition to information about the various products on display.
