Yeshiva University has contracted with Staples Advantage to be the University’s office supply vendor.
If you have general questions about the status of an order, are looking for an item that you can not find on the website or any other general question regarding StaplesLink, please call the Staples Customer Care Team at 1-800-373-1929 or email yeshiva.onsite@staples.com.

Registering for Stapleslink
If you are the person authorized to order office supplies by your department, please click here to register.
You will need to provide a manager’s name at time of registration; this person should be the person who currently approves orders for your department on the Stapleslink system. Per the University’s Procurement Services Policy and Procedures, all orders submitted must be approved by your manager or their designee before being submitted to Staples.

Updating GL Numbers
To add, change, or remove GLs from your Stapleslink profile, email your request to yeshiva.onsite@staples.com and updates will be made Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you have an urgent request please email sharon.mcgill@staples.com or contact Procurement.

Please keep your email address, phone number, etc. up-to-date. Log in to www.stapleslink.com, go to the homepage, and click on "Edit My Profile." It is very important that you maintain your current information or you may miss important updates from Staples and/or Procurement.
