PURCHASING  POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY :
The primary objective of the Procurement Services Department is to effectively serve the requirements of the University community by procuring the appropriated types and quality of equipment, supplies and services at the best possible delivered price without delay.  The Chief Procurement Officer is directly responsible to the Vice President for Business Affairs and to the Associate Dean for Business Affairs of AECOM. 

The Procurement Services Department is located in Room 105 and the Enzyme Freezer Program is located in Room B-11 in the Belfer Educational Center for Health Sciences on the Jack and Pearl Resnick Campus and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Responsibility for the interpretation and administration of this policy is assigned to the Chief Procurement Officer.
