YUMS email accounts are automatically generated for each new student on the Manhattan campuses upon registration for classes.  For more information about your username, etc., please click here.  Your account will continue as long as you are registered as a student, continuing through the summer to the next fall term.

NOTE: Medical students at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine should click here.

 

FACULTY and STAFF

YU Email Accounts (yu.edu):

  • Faculty and staff email accounts require departmental approval.

AECOM Email Accounts (aecom.yu.edu):


ACCESS

You can access your YUMS or AECOM account through the network in any of the computer labs, many administrative and academic offices, in wired residence halls, in public wireless areas at YU and AECOM, via telephone modem or any ISP like AOL.  For more information about connecting, click here.  In addition, you can use the Web site yu.edu/yums through Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Firefox.  You can configure your pc to run Eudora, Outlook, Thunderbird, or other popular Windows-based packages (Note: for security reasons, this is not possible in Academic Computing labs and classrooms).
