*Support of major software applications on the University Mainframe: Accounts Payable, Budget System, Grant Accounting System, Intercharge System, Mailing System, Payroll/Personnel System, Purchase Order System, Time and Effort System, etc.
*Support for Student Services, Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Alumni/Development, Food Services, Security/ID systems, etc.
*Major micro software applications: Animal Institute Purchasing and Protocol Systems, Graduate Medical Education System, Engineering Work Order System, Grant Accounting System, Office of Education System, Student Records System, Lottery System, Admissions System, Benefits Continuation System, Occupational Health System, Waste Removal System, Student Finance System, Space and Property Management System.

Other areas of support include word processing, spreadsheets, database software, NIH grant application software, web design.
*Repair and maintenance of all administrative computers
Support of the Mainframe computer network and administrative departmental LANs.
