Organizational Structure for Information Technology Services

The emergency maintenance of the Exchange mail is still ongoing.  During this process, you may notice some performance issues while the mail servers are being updated.

You may also notice that older mail is "missing" from your Outlook mail client.  This is due to the delivery of the backlog of mail that was held during the mantenance period.  You will eventually see all of your mail in your Outlook folders.

Please check for your most recent mail messages in our web version of Outlook: https://owa.yu.edu.  Your username is the prefix to your e-mail address.  Your password is your regular Outlook password.

If you do not see your mail in the web version of Outlook, please contact the Help Desk at (212) 960-5294.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
