The exhibit explores the relationship between Einstein and the University during its formative years and his interactions with its first two presidents. |

Finding Aids to Archival Collections:
Yeshiva University’s archival collections consist of a rich and diverse trove of organizational records and personal papers relating to modern Jewish history and culture in the United States and abroad. Detailed descriptions of the contents of many of these collections are now available in electronic form.

Memorbuch:
The art of manuscript decoration experienced a renaissance in Central Europe in the 18th century. The Memorbuch, an example of this genre, was written and illustrated by Binyamin Ze’ev (Wolff Jacob) of Kempen in Breslau in 1765. It was dedicated in the neighboring community of Auras in 1803.

Prague Bible:
The Prague Bible is an illuminated manuscript of the Bible (Tanakh) with Rashi's commentary. It was completed in Prague in 1489.

Sermons of Dr. Norman Lamm:
Rabbi Dr. Norman Lamm, Chancellor of Yeshiva University, provided the Library with manuscript copies of approximately eight hundred sermons that he delivered over a period of almost fifty years. The sermon manuscripts and some eulogies as well, were digitized by the Library and are now available as part of the Lamm Heritage website.
