Once you are admitted to both Yeshiva University and the Israel institution, complete the S. Daniel Abraham Israel Program participation form and return it to the Yeshiva University Admissions Office (500 West 185th Street, F419, New York, NY 10033) with a copy of your acceptance letter from the Israel institution along with your $250 enrollment deposit.
