Einstein Blood Drive a Big Success!
On Wednesday, November 4th, faculty, students and staff joined together to participate in our semi-annual Resnick Campus Blood Drive. Through their generosity we “banked” over 103 units of blood product, more than a 10% increase over our last drive.
Along with our partners at the New York Blood Center, we want to express our appreciation to the Einstein community for its participation and support. A special thanks to the outstanding cooperation and support of the security, facility, and support services teams that provided the logistical support necessary for a successful drive.
We look forward to your support at our next blood drive in spring.
*Together, we can save lives… it’s all in a day’s work.*
"Tools for School" Drive 2009
A big thanks to the Yeshiva University community for supporting our "Tools for Schools" drive! We received over 350 donations of school supplies, including back packs, calculators, composition books, spiral notebooks, notebook filler paper, crayons, pencils, glue sticks, scissors, etc.
Your generous donations provided children at public elementary schools P.S. 83 Donald Hertz (Bronx) and P.S. 115 Alexander Humboldt (Washington Heights), and the Henry Street Settlement (Lower East Side) with much needed school supplies.

Claudia Macek from P.S. 83 commented, “I would like to thank you and all your colleagues for the wonderful school supplies you delivered to P.S. 83. We distributed them to our students in temporary housing and they were deeply appreciated. Sorry it took so long to send this email, but please convey our deepest gratitude.”
Keep it up Yeshiva!
