APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM
Human Resources Systems Enhancement
We are pleased to announce our web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) powered by Interview Exchange. This system provides the opportunity to enhance and streamline the hiring process. Applicants will apply for positions approved for recruitment online through our website or various job boards. Human Resource Services will have the ability to track and communicate with applicants directly through Interview Exchange and hiring departments will be able to immediately view the most qualified candidates for the positions for which they are recruiting.
Since October 7, 2008 recruitment for all open staff positions has been facilitated by our applicant tracking system. When position requisition forms are approved and received via the YESS system, an HR Services Representative will contact the hiring department head or manager to begin recruitment using this system.
Please take a moment to view our website and ATS at http://yu.edu/humanresource. Training guidelines and instructions for applicants, as well as managers using the system are also available right online on this site. Applicant instructions may be found at Career Opportunities and instructions for hiring managers at For Managers.
Please feel free to contact Michele Russo at michele.russo@einstein.yu.edu or Christina Cruz-Mendez at christina.cruz-mendez@eintsein.yu.edu with your questions or if you need assistance getting started with Interview Exchange. To discuss your hiring needs, please contact any of our colleagues listed below.

WEBSITE
This section of the YU website represents an initial roll-out of what will become an ever more useful tool for YU staff and management, as well as a powerful means to recruit excellent candidates to work at YU. We plan to build on its functionality so that it serves as the central resource for all facets of YU employment.
In the near future, we will add sections on Employee Engagement and Development and student employment, and improve the availability of commonly used forms. As we build the site and improve interactivity, we plan to offer sections geared specifically to staff, faculty, and managers.
We invite your suggestions and requests, as that input is vital to providing and streamlining the practical services HR strives to deliver. Please feel free to contact us at any time.
