For your convenience, the Human Resources Department has developed supplementary resources to assist and guide you through the various processes of the Performance Management Program.  Performance Management resources available include: Tips for Writing SMART Goals and on-line training workshops that provide an introduction to the University's Performance Management Program and guidance on developing SMART goals.
