The Office of Communications and Public Affairs has created a suite of Microsoft Office templates for your everyday communications needs. These include general office documents, fliers, brochures, invitations, wallpapers and PowerPoint presentations.

Guidelines

These templates allow you a level of customization appropriate for a less formal presentation of information while maintaining a consistent look and feel.

Each template includes approved University branding and text boxes for you to insert content. Be sure to download Berthold Akzidenz Grotesk for use in all of these templates or your computer will default to an unapproved and inconsistent font.

The text boxes were designed to a give you enough space for the optimum amount of editorial content appropriate for the layout. If you manipulate the text boxes, you move away from the advantages of a clean design and uniform standards.

Should you accidentally manipulate a text box and want to return to the original layout, select ''Edit'' and then ''Undo,'' or exit your project without saving it.
