STUDENTS

The Career Development Center (CDC) offers a wide range of services to all undergraduate students on both the Beren and Wilf Campuses.

We encourage all students to meet with us periodically from their freshman year through their senior year, since the career counseling process begins the moment you enter college. Click here for a career planning timeline to help you determine what steps you can take throughout your time at Yeshiva toward selecting and implementing your career choice.

We can assist with:

• Choosing a major and developing career goals
• Administering assessment inventories (Strong Interest Inventory and Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator)
• Obtaining career information and resources
• Conducting industry and organizational research 
• Developing contacts/networking 
• Learning job search techniques 
• Selecting and applying to graduate schools 
• Preparing résumés 
• Developing interview skills 
• Finding full-time jobs, part-time jobs and internship opportunities

Students may call or visit the Career Development Center to schedule an appointment. Hours of operation are:
Mon-Thurs: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Fridays: 9:00am to 2:30pm

Walk-in Hours: Mon-Thurs, 2:00-4:00pm (No appointment needed - drop by for a brief, ten-minute meeting with a counselor for quick questions or résumé review).
