COMMITMENT TO CANADIAN STUDENTS

SCHOLARSHIPS

Canada Scholarships

Yeshiva University is committed to making our unique education affordable to every admitted student. For Canadian students, the Office of Student Finance is fully aware of factors like the relative strength of the U.S. and Canadian dollars, the cost of day school education for siblings, travel costs for visits home, etc.

To help finance a Yeshiva University education, Canadian students benefit from a variety of special scholarships. Our initiatives include the Jewish Education Scholarship Programme (JESP), a three-way partnership of Canadian donors, Canadian students, and YU to train educators for Canadian Jewish schools.

SPOTLIGHT ON

Maple leaf
Sari Drazin, Montréal
“YU taught us that you should always try to learn. As president of the senior class at Stern, I also learned about the importance of participation, and now I’m involved in many Jewish organizations here in Montréal. My children already know they’re going—just ask them!”
Sari Drazin is an alumna of Stern College for Women. Her husband, father, and father-in-law are also YU alumni.
