If instructional time is lost because of inclement weather or other emergency, changes in the academic calendar will be made, either by extending the semester, or by whatever other modifications are necessary.  Dates apply to all schools unless otherwise specified.  All dates are inclusive.  The following abbreviations are used:

NOTES:

1.Students are advised to submit their applications for graduation to the Registrar at registration and not wait until the deadline.  

2. With written permission of the instructor and school dean or director, students may enter a class up to two weeks later. 

3. November 22 on the Main Campus or December 1 on the Midtown Campus is the last day to withdraw from a course and to change Hebraic Studies transfer credit without special permission from the dean or director and without notation on the record.  However, the proper forms must be filed in the Office of the Registrar.

4. Reading Period is the 14th contact week of the semester.  Classes meet at the discretion of instructors; No exams or finals may be given; Laboratories meet.  

5. March 30 on the Main Campus or April 4 on the Midtown Campus is the last day to withdraw from a course and to change Hebraic Studies transfer credit without special permission from the dean or director and without notation on the record.  However, the proper forms must be filed in the Office of the Registrar.
