Tax Compliance ensures accurate tax reporting and withholding; prepares tax returns; and provides advice and guidance on tax issues for the University.  The department also ensures that the University complies all federal, state, and city agency rules and requirements on payments to Foreign Nationals (also referred to as Nonresident Aliens).

What do I do if I need to hire someone from another country?

Can the Tax Compliance department assist me with a personal tax return?

Unfortunately, the Tax Compliance department cannot assist you.  The mission of the department is to support and advise the University as a whole, not individuals.
