Now in its 20th year, Affilia: The Journal of Women and Social Work is the only scholarly social work journal to address the concerns of social workers and their clients from a feminist point of view. Affilia offers a unique mix of research reports, new theory and creative approaches to the challenges confronting women.

Affilia was ranked 9th out of 30 journals in Social Work and 9th out of 25 journals in Women's studies in the 2002 Journal Citation Reports^®
