ALUMNI

Wurzweiler's Alumni Association enables graduates to maintain close relationships with fellow students and faculty members and to aid in the development of the School. The School's Alumni Coordinator, in the Office of University Alumni Affairs at the Main Campus, offers a range of services of particular interest to Wurzweiler alumni. Through meetings and various other events, members share mutual professional interests and knowledge. The Jewish Social Work Forum, a journal published by the Association, offers articles of interest to all persons engaged in the social work profession.

A recently completed mail survey of Wurzweiler graduates from 1990 to 1993 indicated that 98% of the respondents were currently employed in a social service position, with 77% obtaining their first position within 60 days of graduation. Sixty-six percent of the respondents indicated that they sat for a state social work licensing or certification examination prior or subsequent to their graduation from Wurzweiler. Ninety-seven percent indicated that they received a passing score.
