Women’s Beit Midrash

Now in its third summer, Yeshiva University Women’s Beit Midrash will take place in the Lincoln Square Synagogue in Manhattan.  This program gives women access to higher level learning opportunities., the program consists of two parallel components which merge at various points: the Beit Midrash Fellows Program and the Community Program.

The Fellows Program consists of 10 undergraduate and recent graduates who will devote themselves to full-time advanced study of Talmud, Tanach, and Jewish thought. The program’s goal is to create a cadre of young learned women, to strengthen and deepen their base of Torah knowledge, and to endow them with the skills and passion to become leaders in the Jewish community.

The Community Program, which is open to all women and men, will consist of a full array of daytime and nighttime learning.
