The program has an assessment plan and procedures for evaluating the outcome of each program objective. The plan specifies the measurement procedures and methods used to evaluate the outcome of each program objective.
A logic model provides a picture of a program, illustrating what it is trying to achieve, how it goes about achieving its goals and what resources are being used to achieve those goals. It converts program resources into program activities, and then to program outcomes. The quantitative and qualitative measures provide information which is utilized to modify and adjust program policies and procedures, curricular offerings and extracurricular activities. It is an open-ended model which continually informs program development and refinement.
